Suggested use

Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin (non-gmo), vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil] and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Made and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
