    Suggested use

    For infants 0-12 months:

    Body Weight Dose
    5-10 lb 1.0 ml
    11-20 lb 2.0 ml
    21-25 lb 3.0 ml
    26-30 lb 4.0 ml
    31-35 lb 5.0 ml
    1. Using pipette, measure appropriate dose based on baby’s weight (see chart above).
    2. Add Baby’s DHA to food, breast milk, or infant formula once daily, or as directed by your paediatrician.
    3. Clean pipette thoroughly between each use, especially if pipette contacts baby’s mouth.
    4. Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.

    Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening.

    Purified arctic cod liver oil, rosemary extract (a natural preservative), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), vitamin D3 (olive oil, cholecalciferol).
